• Tell us how you want to be seen by your customers in no more than a dozen words (e.g. young, vibrant, technology based etc.)
• Tell us the URL of your existing site and what is good or bad about it, how much traffic it gets, how many leads or the volume of sales, how often it's updated

The new site

• We need to know your objectives for the site. Is it to increase traffic, product awareness, generate more sales?
• Is the site part of a re-brand or a new product launch?
• Give us examples of your offline marketing support materials such as brochures
• Give us examples of three or four web sites that you like. Not just competitors but sites that you like and why - colour, navigation etc.
• Give us examples of images that you already use and any brand guidelines.
• Give us the site copy or tell us whether we have to write it.
• Give us any special technical requirements you might have.
• Tell us if you need a content management system and who will be responsible for on-going maintenance.
