47 Milsom Street,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have just got back from Burma and had a wonderful holiday, thank you. You really should visit the country if you get the chance.
You may be wondering why I tell you this?
It is because on July 4th ult I wrote to you (a copy of the letter is attached).
So, over a month has passed and:
- I still have had no reply
- You have still not carried out my instructions.
Now, I know my little problem does not compare with the issues of sorting out the HBOS issues that you have after taking on that little catastrophe and creating an even larger one.
Nor, I am sure does it compare with the mis-selling of PPI or even the 'faked' PPI agreements scandal.
Let’s face it my few quid a month cannot possibly compare to the billions of pounds involved in those two little errors and, I guess, with sorting out to whom to sell the branches you were going to sell to the Coop before you realised they didn’t have the readies, ‘laying off’ over 30,000 staff and dealing with Mr. Osborne you have quite a lot going on?
Still, it would be nice if you could spend just a little time sorting out my problem for me please?
We’ll see won’t we?
