Richard Hill

RICHARD HILL

Richard is a Partner of E-CRM Solutions. He is also the non-executive Chairman of Innovantage a business intelligence company and a non-executive director of Innovecom a computer networking company.

Previously he was Managing Director of Person to Person Services Ltd. a major face-to-face fundraising company for charities and before that a Partner & Director of R. P. M. Business Strategies & Solutions, providing implementation consulting in IT, EBusiness and marketing. Clients included AAH Pharmaceuticals, Northern Ireland Electricity, Royal & Sun Alliance and Willis.

He has been involved in a £20 m. MBO and was responsible for launching Royal Insurance's direct writing subsidiary (now MORE TH>N) and, as chairman and managing director, developing the business to over 600,000 policies and £16 m. profit in 7 years.

He has 30 years experience with a range of well known and publicly listed companies at main board level including American Express Card Division, Citibank Savings, Oriel Group plc and Welbeck Finance plc - which, as Marketing Director, he helped to develop from £2.1 m. to over £21 m. profit in under 5 years.

Richard has been a Member of Council for the DMA, is a founder member of The Institute of Direct Marketing, has been a lecturer and external examiner for the Diploma of Direct Marketing and helped to develop The Telephone Preference Service. Richard has a Masters in Marketing Management from Warwick Business School and a Diploma in Management Studies from Brighton University. He is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute and The Royal Society of Arts.

Richard has spoken at a range of conferences and seminars, most recently the International WWW Conference where he and Atanas Kiryakov gave a paper on Scalable Semantic Web Technology for Recruitment Intelligence.

Richard is married with two children and has a passionate interest in wine and cooking, loves classical music, walking the dog and rugby - Bath Rugby of course.

Lucy Samuel

LUCY SAMUEL

Lucy is a Partner of E-CRM and a website consultant who will help you to deliver successful websites by facilitating the process of defining your objectives and strategy from which the content and structure of the site can be defined.

She will ensure that your online strategy is closely integrated with your business and marketing plans in order to maintain synergy across all of your business activities.

Before work starts on any web project she can undertake a full competitor analysis, look at your current market position and target markets and help to define your key website messages to ensure that your website structure and content fits with your audience.

Lucy has a strong marketing background and she can help to deliver compelling Internet Marketing strategies as well as communicate effectively with all the vital people needed to deliver a successful website.

Lucy has worked for more than 10 years in the online marketing and web production arena including 5 years at yell.com, 5 years as Online Marketing Manager at Clerical Medical and time as Web Producer at online marketing communications agency, The Real Adventure. Lucy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Jeremy Arnold

ANDY FULLER

Andy is a Partner of E-CRM and a graphic designer. Andy specialises in design for print and the web including: corporate identity and branding, advertising, direct mail and packaging design.

Previously he was a Designer for Mason Zimbler Advertising in Bristol and was involved with bluechip advertising and direct mail campaigns including Lloyds TSB, MessageLabs, Toshiba, Roland, and Microsoft.

With over 10 years experience as a graphic designer working for design and advertising agency’s throughout the South West, has gained a wide gamut of design skills from traditional lettering and typography design to online web design.

He has acheived a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design and Business Studies and he also lectures at Bath College, teaching emedia and publishing courses to National Diploma students.

Stefan Kiryakov

STEFAN KIRYAKOV

Stefan is a Partner of E-CRM and a developer with long-term experience in different software development companies. Working on completely different types of projects - web ECommerce, website generators, standalone applications, client/server applications - evolved his expertise in the area.

In 1996, Stefan developed and managed the computer ranking of the Sofia Cup 1996 Figure Skating Competition. His software made it possible for the organizers to provide on-the-fly real-time rankings during the competition.

Stefan enjoys projects connected with VoIP and NGN telco solutions, which provide alternative low-cost communications for service providers.

On the personal note Stefan's interests include winter sports, flying, yachting, wine and cooking. Travelling is his passion.

Sarah Mowl

SARAH MOWL

Sarah is a Associate of E-CRM and has been a senior strategic planner and researcher for over 15 years.

Sarah was Client Services Director for Brann (now EHS Brann), one of the top 3 direct marketing agencies in Europe, where she was responsible for the strategic development of major clients such as DHL Worldwide Express, RSPCA and Barclays Bank.

More recently she was a Board Director of WWAV Bristol (an Omnicom agency), responsible for the strategic planning & research on all major clients ranging from Gala Group, British Red Cross and Western Union International Financial Services. This work was both UK and international.

Sarah specializes in qualitative market research and strategic planning. Recent clients have included:

Tim George

Tim is a Associate of E-CRM and specialises in advising on the use of SMS and integration of text messaging onto a wide variety of software with Dynmark International™ who are the UK’s leading mobile messaging applications developer, providing a comprehensive range of bulk SMS text messaging and mobile data solutions for businesses and organisations across the world.

Tim has had a variety of management roles within large companies including Reed Business Information and Dreamtxt PLC. He has worked with some well known brands such as Whitbread, Johnson’s Cleaners, Rank, Interflora, Best Western Hotel Group and Intercasino advising them how to get the best from SMS and to ensure each comply with the regulations.

He has also advised government departments and large corporates on the use of databases for both supply chain and sales and worked to open new markets and customers and with start-up companies.

Carys Dunstan

CARYS DUNSTAN

Carys is a Associate of E-CRM and has worked in the marketing arena for many years gathering a great deal of practical and theoretical knowledge in marketing practices and procedures. She has worked in Customer Relations as well as marketing and commercial scriptwriting.

Carys has produced content and copy for a variety of media and purposes including websites, brochures, sales letters, HTML messages and newsletters as well as making conceptual marketing contributions for a range of projects.

She has the ability to create marketing copy for many products and services and has worked on diverse projects from online gambling to leisure and alternative therapies.

Carys holds the Professional Certificate in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
