Show photos of your actual and real office / warehouse and your staff – simple ordinary photos, not high style, airbrushed PR shots.

For new shoppers the first sale is the most important. If they buy they won’t be shy, but too many stores ask for extra information at sale. Don’t. Get it from surveys, EMails etc. Just shut up and let them shop. Information is essential but not at the expense of sales.
